Christian Pulisic insists he is very excited to be able to Join Chelsea next season.
The winger was signed by Chelsea for a reported fee of £57.6m fee from Borussia Dortmund in the winter transfer window but has gone on to continue his development at the German club.
With Eden Hazard destined to leave in the summer Pulisic’s arrival would be a welcome move by the Blues who are also dealing with an impending transfer ban. The West London giants have been barred from registering any players in the next two transfer windows.
Pulisic could also win his first Bundesliga as the title war has gone down to the wire with only two points separating Bayern Munich and Dortmund prior to the last game of the season.
Pulisic said, “It feels amazing and I’m super excited to get started.
“Obviously I have a season to finish off [with Dortmund] but I’m definitely looking forward to being here. I can’t wait, it’s going to be an amazing experience
“A little change for me, but to be in England and be able to speak English…I’m thrilled. I’ve been waiting a long time for this.
“It has been one of my biggest dreams to be here and play in the Premier League. To be a Chelsea player is a huge honour and I’m obviously really excited.”
