Chelsea Youngster Confirms Timo Werner Transfer

What has been known to the media and fans has accidentally been confirmed by Chelsea’s youth player, Armando Broja.

Timo Werner’s switch to Chelsea has been played down by the RB Leipzig chiefs prior to the season end.

All announcements regarding the £53 million move has been postponed up until Leipzig’s objectives are met for the campaign. Of course, this has also led to speculation behind the truth of the matter. Whether the transfer is really going through or not.

Broja cleared up all doubts on Instagram Live. When asked about his thoughts on Werner, the 18-year-old replied. “What do I think about Werner coming in? I think Werner is a really good player. He is really fast, strong, he can score a lot of goals. I’ve watched him a lot of [his games] on YouTube, he is quite good. That is a good signing, I think.”

That should be evidence enough that a deal has been put together in principle. Official news is pending sometime in the future. Werner’s 31 goals and 13 assists this season will surely inspire any up and coming striker such as Broja. The teenager enjoyed his first-team debut against Everton this season.
