Thomas Tuchel rejects Arsenal and Chelsea to sign two-year deal with Paris Saint-Germain.

The German has been heavily linked with a move to the Premier League and was being chased by Chelsea and their local rival, Arsenal.

Chelsea are searching for a new manager as Antonio Conte’s position at the club continues to deteriorate, while Arsenal are preparing for the departure of Arsene Wenger this summer.

According to German papers, Paris Saint-Germain have won the race to sign the 44-year-old and Tuchel has penned a two-year deal with the French giants.

Real Madrid knocked PSG out of the Champions League in the last-16 and Emery’s head is now likely to be sacked at the end of the season, according to numerous reports in France.

Manchester United want to sign Chelsea winger Willian to replace Juan Mata, according to reports.

Jose Mourinho was linked with the reunion with Brazilian star last summer but he decided to stay put at Stamford Bridge.

English giants are confident a deal with their bitter rivals can be done this time as Mourinho looks to make big changes in the summer to challenge Manchester City for the title next season.

But the report also claims, should Willian arrive, Juan Mata would be on his way out after four seasons at the club.

Chelsea could demand £30million for the winger who is under contract until 2020.

Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool are all interested in signing Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly this summer.

The 26-year-old defender has been one of Serie A’s most outstanding centre-backs for a number of years and he has long been linked with a move to the English Premier League.

Chelsea have failed with an offer close to £60 million in the past and they remain interested in the Senegal international.

Liverpool and Arsenal also have turned their heads towards the defender according to transfer reports in Italy.

All three Premier League giants are in the market for a new centre-back this summer and they admire the the Napoli star.

However, Koulibaly will not come cheap and he is likely to command a fee of over £65 million.

Frank Lebouef claims Chelsea players want to get Antonio Conte sacked.

The Blues eased to Premier League glory in 2016/17 but are now struggling to secure a top-four finish following a difficult campaign on and off the pitch.

Mourinho too tasted a huge dip in form during his second spell at Stamford Bridge, with several senior stars accused of giving up in order to get José Mourinho sacked.

Frank Leboeuf has claimed that Chelsea’s players are trying to get Antonio Conte sacked – just as they did until the Portuguese got sacked.

Lebouef said: “It’s a lack of respect for the fans and the club,

“The manager is also guilty because he’s already packed his bags, but also the players have been so poor.

“We saw it with Mourinho, it seemed like some of the players were almost losing on purpose so the manager can get sacked as quickly as possible.”

Top 4 finish looking quite difficult for the Blues

Another day to forget for Chelsea, as they were held to a draw 1-1 against West Ham at Stamford Bridge. Chelsea are now 10 points adrift of top 4 finish and on the verge of missing Champions League next season.

The Blues dominated their opponents from start to finish and only wasteful finishing and superb goalkeeping by Joe Hart prevented them from adding to Cesar Azpilicueta’s first-half opener.

Their failure to make their dominance count was punished 17 minutes from time when Javier Hernandez fired home just four minutes after coming off the bench.

Conte couldn’t believe that they failed to take all three points and was a frustrated figure. He felt this game summed up their frustrating season.

“It is very difficult to explain it,” he told Sky Sports.

“We dominated the game and created many, many chances to score but we didn’t and that explains our season.

“We have had good performances all season but you have to score. This is not the first time and we have to improve a lot. When you stay in this position in the table it means that you have a problem.

“We have to improve, we must win this game. Instead we are talking about a draw.

“You need the desire to score a second goal, a third, a fourth.”

“We must be realistic,” he added.

“You must win the game if you want to reach a target, in this case we want to reach a place in the Champions League.”

Morata yet to hit the right form for Chelsea

Former Chelsea defender Ken Monkou believes that Chelsea are struggling this season due to their parting with Talismanic Forward Diego Costa last summer.

Costa was pivotal for Chelsea last season as they won the Premier League for the second time in three years, scoring 20 goals for them. However he was sold to his former club Atletico Madrid after a fallout with manager Antonio Conte.

Alvaro Morata was brought to replace him. Despite starting the season brightly, he failed to fill the void left by Costa.

The Dutchman, who spent three years in west London between 1989 and 1992, told the Daily Mirror: “In any team you need a figurehead – a player who leads you in battle and creates problems for the opposition, and Costa was that player for Chelsea.

“He was Chelsea’s Didier Drogba or Zlatan Ibrahimovic – a player with a presence, charisma and aura around him on the pitch.

“Costa, Drogba and Ibra are players that set themselves apart because of their stature. And if you have someone like that in your team you are already one up against the opposition.

“Of course Chelsea have Eden Hazard, Willian, N’Golo Kante and Pedro, who are all top quality players. But in someone like Diego Costa you have a player who is an unknown quantity.

“Simply by being in the team his sheer presence will be a problem for opponents. When he played, Costa deflected attention away from team-mates like Hazard and Willian.

“He often occupied two or three players because you simply couldn’t take the risk of leaving him alone.

“Having someone like that leading the attack is a huge boost for the rest of the players and since he left to go back to Atletico Madrid, Chelsea haven’t had that kind of figurehead – and they have missed him.

“Alvaro Morata has come in and I do like him as a player. He’s got plenty of qualities, especially in the air where he is very strong. But Morata doesn’t have that same air of menace this season that Costa gave Chelsea… they haven’t carried the same threat without him.”

Chelsea were impressed by Richarlison’s impressive debut campaign

Watford’s Richarlison has been a revelation this season in the Premier League. He was relatively unknown before joining the Premier League but has been sensational since then.

The Brazilian started off very brightly for the Hornets, scoring 5 goals in his first 12 appearances. He was very influential for the team even if he doesn’t scored. This led to suggestions, that many top Premier League clubs were interested to sign at the end of the season.

Chelsea were the most interested club to show interest. With the Blues struggling this season and already planning a complete overhaul this summer, they could move for the 20 year old.

However, Richarlison, who has yet to score since the 2-0 win over West Ham back in November, has been unable to replicate his stunning form from the first few months of the season and has been dropped to the bench for their last two games.

According to Mirror, Paris Saint-Germain are also keeping tabs on the winger and set to rival Chelsea for his signature. The French giants are also looking to reinforce this summer.

Watford wants at least £40 million for the youngster but it won’t be a problem for the 2 giants as they have the money to spend for new signings.

Chelsea target Ben Wilmot set to be sold

Manchester City and Tottenham are also interested in Wilmot

Stevenage defender Ben Wilmot is wanted by many premier league clubs after his impressive displays in the League 2 and is understood to be valued as highly as £2 million.

The England International was withdrawn from the club’s squad to face Newport County in League Two amid reported interest from Manchester City, Tottenham and Chelsea.

Wilmot has been capped at Under-19 level by England, making his debut against Latvia last month, and is regarded as a ball-playing centre-back.

Stevenage’s Chairman, Phil Wallace revealed the youngster will not travel with the squad for Saturday’s encounter as he moves closer to a transfer.

“Ben came back from international duty with England last week and we have had developments that suggest a deal will be agreed shortly for him to move when the window opens,” he told the club’s official website.

“We have had interest from Premier League and Championship clubs, which is not surprising when Ben is recognised by England as being one of the top four centre-halves at his age level, with the other three coming from Man City, Chelsea and Spurs,” Wallace added.

“We have made public our valuation and the closer we are getting to that the more likely it is that Ben will move.”

Chlesea signed Emerson Palmieri from Roma at the end of the January transfer window. But there are claims now that the Blues were interested in another left-back even after the deal was completed with the Roma star.

On Saturday, A Bola reported that Chelsea offered around €20 m illionfor Alex Telles in the January window, only to see Porto knock that offer back. The Brazilian has a release clause of €40m.

Chelsea’s Marcos Alonso has established himself as one the best left-backs in the country under Antonio Conte. He has been linked to his former club Real Madrid as they want to bring him this summer. With the Blues are on the verge of missing Champions League, he could be tempted to return Spain.

Chelsea could once again go for Telles in the summer and this time it would be difficult for Porto to keep hold of their star. He has been a long target for the Blues and was linked to them last summer also.

Sport Witness spoke to the player’s agent about the situation.

Fernando Otto told us: “When he went to Galatasaray, we had an offer from Chelsea for Alex. But at the time, we had already confirmed a pre-contract with Galatasaray, and we could not go back.

“But there was information exchange, last year too. And I believe that maybe one day he will play for Chelsea. I don’t know if it’s going to be this season or the next. But I feel like one day he can play for Chelsea.”

Allegri wants 3 new players at Chelsea if he replaces Conte

Allegri has been linked with a move to Chelsea

Chelsea are struggling this season and planning a major overhaul this summer. Antonio Conte is also expected to leave Stamford Bridge at the end of the season after an inconsistent second campaign.

Conte won Premier League in his debut season but struggled to replicate that form this season and Chelsea are on the verge of missing Champions League next season. Though the Italian still has 1 year left in his contract but the club is already looking for his replacements.

According to Calciomercato, Chelsea have not given up on the prospect of luring Allegri from Juventus and Luis Enrique is no longer the clear choice to succeed Conte.

In recent past few weeks there were strong rumors that Allegri is going to join Chelsea this summer.

The report also claims that should Allegri decide to make the move to Stamford Bridge, he could attempt to sign Juventus trio Rodrigo Bentancur, Federico Bernardeschi and Miralem Pjanic.

Allegri would also have plans for Chelsea’s current squad, one of which includes giving back a first-team place to David Luiz and handing a prominent role to Cesc Fabregas.

In an recent interview, Juventus manager also claimed that he is planning to leave Serie A in foreseeable future:

‘Certainly I will go abroad,’ he told the Daily Telegraph. ‘In Italy, finished.’

‘And, yes, I don’t want to go being a coach forever.

‘Probably I would like to carry on being a club coach for another five or six years then I would like to coach a national team.’
