Antonio Conte has a great relationship with Chelsea forward Romelu Lukaku.
The pair enjoyed a two-year spell at Inter Milan where they won the Serie A title in their last campaign.
Lukaku has been struggling since his summer move to Chelsea from Inter Milan and could be on his way out this summer.
Spurs talisman Harry Kane has been in fine form this season but could again push for a move to Manchester City this summer.
Antonio Conte could take this opportunity to sign struggling Lukaku from Chelsea.
Robinson told Football Insider: “If Kane was to go they should consider it. The main aim should be to keep Kane at the club though. He’s playing so well at the moment. He is vital.
“I am not confident that he will stay. I don’t think his ambitions have changed. He wants major honours. Yes, he is enjoying his football and his relationship with Conte is great I just cannot see him wanting to stay.
“It is going to take two or three transfer windows for Spurs to get to a stage where they are challenging. When you look at Kane’s age, time is ticking.
“If he leaves, Lukaku would be a great fit. It would be hard to do though as Spurs and Chelsea don’t do business. It would be a difficult deal to do.”
