Chelsea co-owner Todd Boehly speaks to Saudi league director for summer window

Victor Boniface, a sensational attacker for Bayer Leverkusen, was scouted by Chelsea during their Champions League match against AC Milan. Chelsea strengthened their roster significantly during the summer transfer window, and they have taken an immediate hold on the Enzo Maresca job. Even though things appear to be moving in the right direction, the Blues are constantly searching for methods to strengthen their team.

Chelsea is still searching for a new number nine, even with their forwards’ outstanding play. The London team was on the market for a new striker throughout the summer. The Blues are reportedly interested in Victor Boniface’s talents and have scouted him in front of a possible transfer, according to a TBR report.

Chelsea scouts were in attendance to watch Bayer Leverkusen star

Chelsea scouts travelled to Germany specifically to monitor Victor Boniface and Piero Hincapie. As they continue to consider signing a new striker in 2025, TBR revealed this month that Chelsea had Boniface on their radar earlier in the summer. The fact that the strong Nigerian international scored Leverkusen’s lone goal in their 1-0 victory on Tuesday night perhaps impressed Chelsea’s representatives as well.

Over the past 12 months, Premier League clubs have been keeping a close eye on Ecuadorian international left-sided defender Hincapie, and Chelsea is among them. In the near future, Chelsea hopes to bolster Maresca’s defence with an additional left-sided alternative. Players like Marc Cucurella, Benoit Badiashile, and Ben Chilwell are not seen to be in Chelsea’s long-term plans.
