Multiple reports have said that the 33-year-old will return to the Premier League after only one season in Spain where he scored 13 goals.
Now, new claims from Sky Sports write Chelsea has scheduled another round of discussions with the player as they push for his signature.
Barcelona have welcomed a plethora of talent this window, including Robert Lewandowski and Raphinha, which could therefore limit Aubameyang’s playing time and could prompt an exit.
Aubameyang was the highest-joint goal scorer for the club last season and did wonder in the second half of the season.
Chelsea allowed Timo Werner to return to his former club which means a spot in the leading line remains open.
