The Algerian has been impressive for the Cityzens and recently scored a brace in the Manchester derby last weekend.
Mahrezwill enters the final year of his current contract with Man City at the end of this season. The negotiations with the club over a renewal are going on but both didn’t reach on a point.
Chelsea are looking to take advantage of his uncertain future. They will face the task from Paris Saint-Germain. PSG want Man City star to replace Angel Di Maria, who is likely to depart next summer.
The 31-year-old has scored 21 goals and made seven assists this season from 33 matches across all competitions. Questions can be raised against the £33.2million valuation for the Citizens superstar.
