Chelsea are reportedly open to selling N’Golo Kante in next summer’s transfer window. Kante’s contract at Stamford Bridge will expire in June 2023. According to Fichajes, Chelsea are allowing the 30-year-old player to leave the club next summer. The Frenchman has been a vital player for Chelsea and made 224 appearances for the club in all competitions.
Kante won Premier League, FA Cup, Champions League and Europa League for the Blues. He also the FIFA World Cup for France in 2018. Former Leicester City player has scored once in six appearances for his club in 2021-22.
The 30-year-old joined Blues from Leicester City in 2016. The report also adds that the Premier League club is planning to add some young talents. Conor Gallagher and Billy Gilmour might be the potential replacements for the Frenchman.
The club believes that they could get a sizeable sum for Kante from interested European clubs. Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid are going ahead in the race to sign Chelsea midfielder.
