Lens and Sarr have reached an agreement having already held discussions.
Chelsea defender Malang Sarr is likely to leave the club and the Blues have ready to facilitate the exit of the 25-year-old defender. He was signed on a free transfer in 2020.
The West London club were hopeful that they were getting value for money for a player who had previously starred for Nice. He has spent his maximum time on loan since the departure of Thomas Tuchel.

Sarr missed out the entire season in 2023-24 under Pohcettino. A report has emerged that Sarr will soon be signing for a new club. As per Foot Mercato journalists Santi Aouna and Sebastien Denis, Lens and Sarr have reached an agreement having already held discussions.
As per reports, the 25-year-old will sign a two-year contract with Lens. He was a crucial part of Chelsea in 2021-22 and played 21 games under Tuchel.
Chelsea will look to find better options in the backline and they would get funds through offloading some players. They are building a young squad for the new season under the new manager.
