Saint-Maximin still has five years left in his contract at St James’ Park.
Chelsea and Liverpool are reportedly both interested in signing Newcastle United attacker Allan Saint-Maximin. They can make a move in next summer’s transfer window. The Frenchman has been impressive in Premier League 2021-22 and scored two goals including three assists in six appearances.
The 24-year-old has netted nine goals and provided 14 assists in 63 games for Newcastle. Allan Saint-Maximin joined the Magpies from Nice in August 2019.
As per the reports of Calciomercato, both Premier League clubs are showing interest in Frenchman. Steve Bruce’s side will face a task with their domestic rivals to keep hold of him in 2022.
The report, though, adds that the Magpies are not open to negotiating in January. Saint-Maximin still has five years left in his contract at St James’ Park.
