Chelsea are showing their interest in Barcelona fullback Sergino Dest.
The USA international is predominantly a right-back but can also play on the left and that versatility is well-liked by coach Thomas Tuchel.
The 21-year old was considered in January’s transfer window and has been monitored since his time at Ajax.
Barcelona are also putting their offers for two Chelsea players Marcos Alonso and Cesar Azpilicueta. The financial straight jacket they find themselves in are limited to what transfer fees, if any, they can propose.
According to Daily Mail, it could open the door for a player-plus-cash offer from Chelsea for Dest if he is willing to make the move to London.
