Chelsea FC announce their team of the decade

Chelsea have entered the new decade with a beacon of hope and success!

The club has struggled a little in the 2010-2020 decade as compared to the imperious 2000-2010 period. However, despite all these problems, the club was ranked as the most successful English club in the last decade in terms of silverware overtaking Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City, Fergie’s end of era Manchester United and Jurgen’s upcoming Liverpool; Arsenal do not really come into calculation when it comes to trophies, eh Chelsea fans?

So who were the players who were responsible for making the Blues dream big this past decade?

From the winning spot kick in Allianz Arena which gave us our first Champions League to winning the Premier League under Conte and finishing with Europa under Sarri, Chelsea have had plenty of different winning teams. So who makes the team of the decade?

In goal, we have Petr Cech. The centre backs are Gary Cahill and John Terry. Branislav Ivanovic and Ashley Cole are the full backs. Michael Essien, Frank Lampard and N’Golo Kante makes the midfield trio while Willian, Hazard and Didier Drogba are the attacking stars!
