The Blues won 2-0 at Stamford Bridge against Brighton thanks to two second-half goals from Jorginho and Willian. Chelsea fans reactions after Chelsea’s first home win.
Chelsea dominated the Seagulls from start to finish, and Lampard’s only criticism was that his team did not score more goals. The Blues had plenty of chances to bury the game in the first-half itself. Tammy missed a few good chances and Brighton GK Ryan was in top form too.
Brighton had never scored a goal at Stamford Bridge in the league, let alone drawn or won a game there. So it was little surprise that Chelsea ran out 2-0 winners. Jorginho was their star man and he opened the scoring for the Blues.
Blues fans were ecstatic after their first home and here we see how the fans reacted after the win. Chelsea fans reactions after Chelsea’s first home win :

Tomori looked sharp and it looks like he’s the solution to their defensive woes.

Fikayo Tomori vs. Brighton:
• 100 touches (most)
• 90 passes (most)
• 90% pass accuracyThis Premier League business is easy. #CFC #Chelsea pic.twitter.com/2ShDKUaMf0

Chelsea had so many chances to bury the game but they were poor in finishing. Chelsea had 17 shots in the first-half itself.
Kovacic for Barkley, 1-0 Chelsea (68). Brighton still in this – they shouldn't be.
Chelsea guilty of wasteful finishing, especially Pedro, withdrawn to make way for Hudson-Odoi. #BHAFC— Andy Naylor (@AndyNaylorBHAFC) September 28, 2019
That should have been atleast Jorginho's 20th assist since joining Chelsea, robbed by incompetent finishing. He would be diamond if surrounded by world class teammates..

Webster brought down Mount in the 50th min and Chelsea got a penalty. After a VAR check, up stepped Jorginho to slot home and make it 1-0.
Imagine the scenes if Barkley tried to step up and take that penalty. #CHEBRI
