Ruben Loftus-Cheek, who has aroused interest from AC Milan, is allegedly valued at €25 million by Chelsea

Since he enrolled in their school when he was eight years old, the 27-year-old has been with the Blues. Although he made his Londoners senior debut in 2014, he has had trouble maintaining a consistent position in the squad over time.

Nevertheless, the midfielder has made 145 matches across all leagues, scoring 13 goals. The club brought in a number of elite players in January, so there is fierce competition for spots in Graham Potter’s squad.

Only two Premier League games have Loftus-Cheek played so far this year. His current Stamford Bridge contract is scheduled to expire in June 2024. Chelsea has the option to extend it by another year, but Calciomercato.com reports that they would consider selling him if they received a €25 million bid.

Although Loftus-Cheek has displayed flashes of his talent while playing for the Blues, he doesn’t appear to have much of a future in West London. It is ideal if he transfers to Serie A where he can potentially play on a regular basis.

Although he has also been used as a center-back and wing-back, the English football player has primarily played as a central or offensive midfielder. He is still a young man but is well-regarded for his skill in overhead duels, dribbling, and passing. Although €25 million seems excessively high for a player of his calibre, the Rossoneri might not be eager to make the payment. In addition, Loftus-Cheek is paid €135,000 per week at Stamford Bridge, which may act as a roadblock to a deal.
