The 23-year-old South American forward has had a fantastic start to life at the high-flying Ligue 1 club, and the Blues are always searching for ways to improve their attacking setup.
After reportedly investing €16.5 million in the summer, Joaquin Panichelli is demonstrating his value with this Strasbourg team. He was purchased from Alaves in the summer, which also happened to be the most costly transaction in the history of the Spanish team, and is giving the top-tier Ligue 1 team a lesson.
Panichelli has already scored seven goals in eight Ligue 1 games, which has guaranteed him the attention he needs from some of the best teams, most notably Chelsea.
