Andreas Christensen drops a major hint about his next club.
The Chelsea defender has been linked with a move to Barcelona for several months now after he reportedly agreed to join the Catalan giants for free earlier this year.
He is going to be a great addition to Barcelona’s defence line now that Gerrard Pique has been dropped from the 2022/23 squad.
The Chelsea academy graduate is expected to sign a three-year deal with Catalan giants Barcelona.
He was recently asked about his summer move in an interview.
“Hopefully soon,” Christensen said.
“I have known what I was going to do for a while. I’m just waiting for the right time. Unfortunately, it’s not entirely up to me. There are also other things that need to fall into place.
“It is one of the biggest clubs in Europe. I think it is for everyone – whether they have had their problems or not, it is still one of the biggest clubs for a player to get to.”
