Ethan Ampadu has been heavily impressed with Gonzalo Higuain and believes that the striker can be the answer for Chelsea up front.
“I’ve been really impressed with [Gonzalo] Higuaín finishing since he arrived, so I’d have to say him, he’s been really good,” he said, when asked who has been the star behind closed doors.”
Chelsea‘s form has blown hot and cold this season. The reason has been rooted to Chelsea players not being able to motivate themselves for every match. However, Ampady has revealed that the likes of Luiz and Azpilicueta have done a brilliant job in keeping the squad together.
“David Luiz is good at that,” he said. “[Cesar] Azpilicueta as well, but as a team, we are all aware when we have a bad result so we know we have to lift it again as quickly as possible.”
Ampadu also revealed that the Chelsea dressing room is a funny place and revealed who are the biggest jokers in the club.
“I’d say the Brazilians when they’re together in a group. I don’t understand it sometimes but they’re always laughing and joking so it has to be them.”
Ampadu is still in his teen years and is a possible future star for Chelsea.
