Abraham reveals his footballer role models
BILDBYRAN

Tammy Abraham names former players as his favourite football role models – one from Arsenal and another from Manchester United.

The young 22-year old is shining already. Abraham started off into the first team under Frank Lampard this season. He has racked up 10 goals already in only 12 Premier League games.

‘He was one of my biggest idols growing up,’ Abraham said. ‘I loved his style, the way he played and the way he carried himself on the pitch.’

‘I even loved his goal celebrations! They were really cool and he’s just someone I’ve always looked up to.’

‘The other player would be Cristiano Ronaldo. I’ve grown up loving him and it’s amazing that he’s still going strong today.’

‘He’s hardworking and so professional. He looks like a nice guy, even though I’ve never actually met him myself, and he looks like the sort of person that just wants to win, which is a mentality I have.’

Lampard is now telling Abraham to look up to another player, his England team player – Harry Kane.

‘Harry Kane’s an incredible player,’ said Lampard. ‘What he’s done in recent years and his career is amazing, so Tammy needs to look up to that and if he can keep reproducing and scoring goals at that kind of level, that’s the next stage for Tammy.’

‘What he’s [Abraham] shown in these first few months is that there are so many parts to his game.’
