Sky Sports specialist Dharmesh Sett has lifted the lid on how transfers in Chelsea work and why the system is based on one person’s opinion.

It appears with right now that Sarri is waiting for Granovskaia’s approval before it goes ahead with the deal to bring in Gonzalo Higuain.”
