Chelsea Working On Elseid Hysaj Deal

Maurizio Sarri is very keen to be reunited with Elseid Hysaj as Chelsea are reportedly trying to pursue his service.

The Napoli fullback is one of the desired targets of the Chelsea manager and the club hierarchy is trying their best to reach a deal for the 24 year old. The Italian is aware of the talent the player possesses as the player shot to fame during his reign at the Italian club.

With Davide Zappacosta ready for departure Sarri is very eager to replace the Italian with the Albanian international. Hysaj is yet to put pen to paper to a new deal and his club could cash in on the player if the situation doesn’t improve.

But Napoli president Aurelio de Laurentiis is known as a hard nut to crack and it would be a tough job for the Blues to convince him to sell one of his prized assets. A sum of £45m should be enough to lure the player all the way to London.

Cesar Azpilicueta has been the undisputed choice in the right back position and the arrival of Hysaj would introduce some serious but healthy competition in the side.
