Chelsea’s summer shake up

Antonio Conte’s Blues head to Man United on Sunday as they look to take another step forward in their bid to win the Premier League title.

When the season closes, many expect Conte to take charge of a significant summer of activity in the transfer market.

The Italian has largely been using the same squad which failed for Jose Mourinho, and it’s believed Conte is ready to make wholesale changes to his squad to mould it according to his vision.

Diego Costa recently revealed how he tried and failed to leave the Blues last summer to rejoin Atletico Madrid, while the Express believe Costa is heading for the exit door this off-season.

The Spanish international is being courted by Chinese Super League sides, as he was in January, and the tabloid believe Chelsea can pocket £90m for Costa.

Real Madrid target

Chelsea’s agreement to sell Costa is conditional on Alvaro Morata joining from Real Madrid.
