Chelsea’s record-breaking youngster Ethan Ampadu has been given quite the response on social media following his first-half performance.
The Welshman has performed amicably up to now against Everton in a game that was always going to throw up some curve balls.
Ampadu broke a Chelsea record when he was selected in Antonio Conte’s starting eleven, by becoming the first player born in 2000 to play for the club.
As the years go on, we continue to break the barrier for the players born past the year 2000 and Ampadu now becomes one of those.
Though, that will be the least of his concerns and will hope to impress in likely one of his only chances in this Chelsea side.
Safe to say, he has done that so far and as previously mentioned, has been able to go toe to toe with Everton’s new-look midfield.
